Stellar Blade is set to release on April 26th, 2024, with a special feature for players looking to experience the adventure again. The developers have announced that the game will include a New Game Plus (NG+) mode, allowing players to restart Eve’s quest to rescue humanity with enhanced abilities and fresh challenges. This was revealed in a PlayStation Blog post.

According to the post, Stellar Blade now features a NG+ mode, a common feature in action-adventure games. This mode allows players to keep their upgrades and skills from previous playthroughs. Additionally, NG+ offers expanded gear levels, new costumes, and a range of powerful new skills for players to enjoy.

In NG+, gear progression has received a major upgrade. Players can now level up Eve’s weapons, HP, Beta Energy, and Tumbler far beyond the limits of the standard game. Additionally, new “Mk2” gear enhancements offer strategic options for customization, including increased attack speed, damage conversion, and shield penetration.

Exciting news for players who can’t wait to unlock Eve’s potential: the introduction of “Infinite Skills” is sure to thrill you. These skills serve as upgrades for current Beta Skills, opening the door to thrilling new combinations or useful utility moves. Fans will be able to try out 17 new skills spread across Beta, Burst, and Drone categories.

To ensure a balanced experience in NG+, enemies will be stronger and may have different positions. Moreover, New Game Plus greatly expands Eve’s wardrobe, featuring 34 new outfits and accessories. Her companions, Adam and Lily, will also have new cosmetic options.

Stellar Blade’s New Game Plus gives players a good reason to keep playing. It lets you start over with a stronger Eve for an extra challenge. This feature is available right from the start, so players can dive back in for a more customized and skill-focused experience after finishing the game once.
