In a recent update, Halo Infinite introduced Super Fiesta, an exciting new Arena game mode, to its range of gameplay options. Initially unveiled in the BTB Unlimited playlist in March 2023, Super Fiesta is now accessible in both Custom Games and the newly renamed Super Fiesta matchmaking playlist. Just like the regular Fiesta mode, players receive a new random loadout with every respawn. However, Super Fiesta uniquely features weapon variants from the Halo Infinite Campaign, injecting fresh gameplay elements and a renewed combat experience into the Halo universe.

The comprehensive list of weapon variants includes, but is not limited to, the Rapidfire Pulse Carbine with its swift burst interval firing mechanism, the Duelist Energy Sword designed for increased agility, and the Arcane Sentinel Beam, a Sentinel Beam variant with lower capacity but significantly boosted damage. Other notable additions are the Elite Bloodblade, an Energy Sword variant owned by Jega, the Stalker Rifle Ultra with increased fire rate, and the Riven Mangler that fires a split-shard projectile.

Super Fiesta also features a range of modified weapons such as the M41 Tracker with enhanced lock-on capability, the Volatile Skewer refitted to fire an explosive spike, and the Ravager Rebound that fires bouncing projectiles with multiple secondary detonations. Players can also wield weapons like the Convergence Bulldog with a high-capacity magazine and the Pursuit Hydra with improved long-range proficiency.

Apart from the arsenal overhaul, players’ loadouts in Super Fiesta will include a random piece of fully upgraded equipment from the Halo Infinite Campaign. This includes the Grappleshot that delivers a shockwave blast, the Threat Sensor with increased area coverage, the Drop Wall boasting increased size and strength, and the Thruster that provides a 4-second active camouflage effect. Moreover, every respawn will equip players with two Frag Grenades.

It’s important to note that all Weapon Racks, Equipment Pads, and Power Weapon Pads are deactivated during Super Fiesta matches. This shift in gameplay parameters further emphasizes the significance of the random loadouts and adds an extra layer of strategy and unpredictability to each match.
