One year since the introduction of the PlayStation Plus tiered plans, PlayStation celebrates this milestone by organizing ten days of activities under the “PlayStation Stars” campaigns for its global community. The commemorative activities mark the platform’s gratitude for its community’s support and the positive feedback on the monthly titles under PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium/Deluxe tiers.
The PlayStation Stars campaign will offer three exclusive digital collectible rings. These campaigns, set to run from June 20 through June 30, each celebrate a different aspect of the PlayStation Plus service.
PlayStation Plus Celebration: Game Catalog
Available to PlayStation Plus Extra, Premium, and Deluxe members, this campaign pays tribute to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog. To earn the Game Catalog digital collectible, players need to participate in any one of the recently added Game Catalog titles. Options include Final Fantasy VII Remake, Demon’s Souls, Yakuza Kiwami, Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection, or Assassin’s Creed The Ezio Collection.
PlayStation Plus Celebration: Classic Catalog
This campaign, accessible for PlayStation Plus Premium and Deluxe members, looks back on a year of the PlayStation Plus Classic Catalog. To secure the Classics Catalog digital collectible, participants must launch the four games that correlate with the clues provided at the campaign’s onset.
PlayStation Plus Celebration: Game Trials
Designed for PlayStation Plus Premium and Deluxe members, this campaign acknowledges the inaugural year of the AAA PlayStation Plus Game Trial. By playing any one of the highlighted PlayStation Plus Game Trials, participants can attain the Game Catalog digital collectible. Options include God of War Ragnarök, MLB The Show 23 (PS4), The Last of Us Part I, Dying Light 2, or Stay Human (PS4 & PS5).
The PlayStation Stars campaigns serve as a celebratory hallmark of PlayStation Plus’s one-year milestone since the roll-out of its tiered plans.
