Ninja Time has introduced Families into the game, which can provide a variety of passive buffs to strengthen a character from a weaker Clan or Elements into a powerhouse. All Families in Ninja Time – Complete Guide to Buffs and Chances

There are 15 different Families you can roll into, but ultimately Clans and Families go hand in hand. You need a Family that complements the Clan you are in. It’s more or less pointless—most of the time— to have a Family that does not gel well with your Clan.

Honestly, it’s always best to have the Family the same as the Clan, which may take a lot of spins. For example, if you are lucky enough to get any Sharrigan, then rolling for the Red Eyes Family will be a significant boon due to that +10 Red Eyes Mastery. But landing on Purple Eyes, wouldn’t be a bad thing no matter what Clan you have.

These Families range from Common, the weakest, to Divine, the most overpowered. Here’s what each Family gives you in terms of buffs, starting with the rarest:
