Vincent the Frostbringer Location
Vincent the Frostbringer is located in the center of the Dunley Farmlands and just above where you will find Meredith the Bright Archer and north of the Haunted Iron Mine. He is a level 40 V-Blood.
You can see his location on the map below. You’ll find him in the Militia Campground, surrounded by plenty of hostile guards that will need to be taken care of too. Credit for the map goes to Map Genie.
