Featured Warhammer Darktide Release Date Announced

The official release date for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide has been revealed, and you can expect the launch of the title on September 13th, 2022! While it was originally expected in Spring this year, it looks like the date got bumped back a bit into the fall. You might have a bit longer to wait, but hopefully you can expect a much more polished experience when it releases.

In Darktide, you will be fighting hordes of enemies with your friends in this brand new Warhammer 40,000 adventure. The game is developed by the same team that created the best-selling and award-winning Vermintide franchise. Darktide is a visceral four-player co-op action game set in the hive city of Tertium, and it is a game about survival.

The seeds of corruption are sown deep within the hive, and they threaten to unleash an all-consuming tide of darkness. Known as the Admonition, a heretical cult on the planet Atoma Prime is attempting to seize control of the planet and exterminate its inhabitants. It is up to you and your allies in the Inquisition to track down and eliminate the threat before the city is overrun by Chaos.

You can choose your class, as well as your skillset and load-out – everything is tailored to your preferred style of play. Upgrade your equipment, personalize the appearance of your character, and demonstrate your value to the elusive Inquisitor.
