Al-Mazrah is a massive map, filled with tons of heavily armored soldiers. It’s easy to see how a high-damage, long-range weapon like the Signal 50 can come in handy here.
The Signal 50 can be heard to unlock, but you can find the weapon in orange crates and weapon stashes. Extracting with the weapon will unlock the blueprint to use in your Insured Weapon slot.
