Tomahawk is an axe-type, slashing weapon that works best for hacking and slashing the limbs off of your enemies, which can reduce their speed. Once you have the Blueprint, you can visit a Craftsmaster and upgrade your blueprint from common to uncommon to rare to unique to artifact. To upgrade blueprints, you will need Trophies of increasing quality.

With the newly-added blueprints to the game, players can now more readily obtain a variety of weapons and craft them at will, you’ll just need the right items to upgrade the blueprint and/or to craft the level of rarity you want.
