X-Men fans can now partake in a special sweepstakes as Xbox and Marvel Animation team up to celebrate the revival of the X-Men ’97 animated series on Disney+. A limited-edition Xbox Series X and a collection of iconic character-inspired controllers are available as prizes. They look really cool and remind me of the older show, too.

The collaboration features a unique Xbox Series X console wrap and a special two-page comic cover created by Marvel’s Rich Douek and Paco Diaz. The artwork shows Cyclops leading the X-Men in a battle against Sentinels and Master Mold, with an Xbox Series X in the Danger Room. This is the first time an Xbox Series X has received this custom comic book treatment, but not the first time it’s done something like this.

To get the X-Men ’97 influenced Xbox Series X and a controller designed around Wolverine, here are the steps to follow:

  • Follow @Xbox on X (formerly Twitter)
  • Retweet the official Xbox sweepstakes tweet including the hashtag #XMen97XboxSweepstakes

The sweepstakes is happening from April 22nd, 6:00 AM PST to May 19th, 8:00 PM PST.

Xbox Design Lab has introduced a new line of controllers inspired by popular X-Men characters from the show. The range includes controllers featuring Wolverine, Storm, Rogue, Morph, Magneto, Jubilee, Gambit, Jean Grey, Cyclops, Beast, and Bishop. Each controller comes in a nostalgic 90s-inspired blister pack and boasts a unique design, making them a great choice for collectors.

It’s a good show, but a lot of Disney+ has been Bluey. No one has been able to touch it in the view count on the service, even I love it. Still, X-Men 97 may be hot on the trail.
